INSIGHT: George W. Bush the 43rd President of the United States and likely to go down in the history books as the most despised American President ever. Never has the American public as well as the global population harbored such hatred for a President and never has an American President been so detached and unconcerned for his own country along with the people he served.
In one of those rare instances America had the misfortune of being disgraced and dishonored by a President with his own agenda and absolutely no concern for those who elected him to office, the issue of election fixing is still questionable today when George Bush becomes the subject.Bush became President over Al Gore in a lengthy dispute over election results along with numerous recounts that ended with a highly suspicious court decision which had all the earmarks of bribery and election tampering.
George Bush 43 unlike his father President George H.W. Bush our 41st President was very detached from the American public and almost smug in his demeanor, at times giving the appearance of being morally superior and having his own agenda Bush opened the door to the hate and anger that would consume his Presidency.
On September 11, 2001 the tragedy of the World Trade Center attack would galvanize George Bush’ Presidency and set in motion a series of events that would forever change the world. America was reeling from the horrific tragedy at Ground Zero as Bush began to rally the American public in favor of retaliation against the terrorist factions which took so many American lives.
The American people and George Bush stood side by side as plans were set in motion for a defined action to systematically destroy the terror organizations and punish severely all of those involved in the deaths of thousands of our people.
That unity with Bush would quickly dissolve as his sights became focused not just on attacking the terrorist forces which had direct ties to the W.T.C. tragedy, but he greedily used the opportunity to declare war on a country which had no proven involvement in the attacks.
It had been known throughout the world of the Bush family’s hatred for Iraq and it’s tyrannical leader Saddam Hussein since the Gulf War during the 1990s in which the U.S. repelled Iraqi forces from Kuwait with decisive action, however Bush 43 still harbored a vicious level of animosity toward Hussein which would cause him to lose sight of his commitment to America in seeking justice for those lost on 9/11 and eventually erode any unity between himself and the American people as well as support from people around the world.George Bush along with British forces launched a military strike on the terrorist forces in Afghanistan on October 7, 2001 with the clearly defined purpose to bring down Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban which were directly linked to the terror attacks on 9/11, for Bush however, it was not enough as his obsession with Saddam Hussein and Iraq grew to maddening proportions.
George Bush continued to seek new ways to tie Iraq and Hussein to the 9/11 attacks or to give plausible explanation for a second strike on Iraq without a 9/11 connection. Early in his administration Bush had surrounded himself with a series of despicable players that would aid him in his quest to feed his bloodlust for war. After repeated attempts to justify an attack on Iraq Bush gathered his gang of thugs including Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld to craft a plan based on lies and propaganda designed to deceive the world about Iraq having weapons of mass destruction and claiming that the U.S. as well as Israel were clear targets of Saddam’s diabolical intentions.
Bush having forced his lies on the world almost daily decided to carry out his own diabolical plans and launched a massive assault on Iraq on March 19, 2003. It was clear that the U.S. had no real purpose for invading Iraq and most would be allies refused participation in the war effort.George Bush having engaged in two wars, one without merit and then steadily sinking the U.S. economy both from the wars and his underhanded dealings in American business (big oil) had lost any favor with America and the world.
Bush never brought justice to the 9/11 tragedy and has since cost thousands of American, British and Canadian lives in pointless wars that will never be won. George Bush has cemented his place in the realms of hatred and forever given America reason to never show real trust in an American President again.
