Increase Civility? How about Productivity?

Since the Tucson tragedy and all the hype that has followed the tone in Washington and across the nation, there are new calls to dial down the hostility in the political arena. The greater concern should be an increase in the level of productivity in that same arena. Everyone has since the Bush administration been engaged in a calculated game of mis-direction and complete avoidance of substantive issues.
There are already signs that law makers have a game plan similar to those who were recently tossed that will ensure the same level of failure as those who occupied those same seats in congress previously. Looking to repeal the health care reform bill entirely and making sure Americans die off as quickly as possible, not to mention giving the insurance companies a major boost.
Civility is not the issue here, CORRUPTION is. For those who are NOT in the know, repealing this bill will allow the insurance companies to decide if they want to insure Americans at all I.E. Pre-Existing Conditions. Under Obama’s health care bill insurance companies already filthy rich would be forced to insure people with pre-existing conditions, but republicans would rather get the kick-backs and blood money from the insurance lobby to get this bill repealed. “They want to get richer who can blame them?”
Republicans typically call themselves conservative, that term in politics is an abomination. They only seek to conserve as much money for themselves as possible and have a PROVEN track record of no concern if the rest of the country is in shambles I.E. George Bush.
We hope this time things will be different but considering how things have started out, there is a near certainty that we are in for more of the same.
