Lies Within Tragedy, Denial of Nuclear Dangers

The IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) is the foremost authority on lying and covering up any problems when it comes to nuclear danger as well as the governments of both Japan and especially the United States.

Since Three Mile Island and Chernobyl the governments of the U.S., Japan, Russia and affiliated agencies like the IAEA and nuclear regulatory commission have institutionalized a policy of denial and downplaying nuclear incidents based on the public perception and over all danger when it comes to radiation incursions.

The real stakes here are simply about enormous liabilities and the potential for mass casualties over lengthy periods of time. Most people think of radiation exposure issues as a matter of instant death when in fact death from radiation sickness is very limited to direct immediate exposure from large amounts of radioactive particles at the point of the incursion.

On a broader scale radiation in high doses entering the atmosphere and blanketing continental regions brings death from cancers and immune suppressions over extended periods of time as the diseases have to first form in the body and then slowly destroy the body tissue, organs and functions.

This gives governments as well as the IAEA and NRC extended reach in flat out denying the link between the nuclear incursion and the disease clusters.

The myth of potassium iodide tablets is also a favorite among lies in claiming their ability to protect the thyroid and prevent cancers due to radiation poisoning, this has very little in the way of truth as potassium iodide tablets only protect the thyroid from specific types of radiation and have NO EFFECTIVENESS against MOST other types of radiation.

The second tragedy here is not only the governments of the U.S., Japan and the nuclear agencies downplaying the threat but now have enlisted the aid of the news agencies and there panels of less than intelligent experts to deny the problem as well. These so-called experts have little knowledge of the real issues involved in radiological accidents but they also work for universities that are funded by the government to which earns them additional favor with the government for publicly lying about everything.

Then we add in CNN and most of their sister networks inviting mainly those who have the most ignorance in the area of nuclear accidents and are ready to claim television fame by lying for as long as they have a camera in front of them. The only thing CNN and their laughable experts don’t realize is the fact that MOST OF US ARE NOT THAT STUPID AND KNOW HOW TO FIND OUT REAL FACTS ON OUR OWN. What happened to CNN and the others? They talk about honesty and accuracy in reporting yet when it comes to issues like this, honesty and accuracy are at the bottom of the list.

OK CNN HERE IS A FACT: Caesium-137 is deadly even in miniscule amounts and is produced when nuclear fission has occurred and is considered highly reactive and difficult to handle. The smallest doses in the air can cause radiation exposure, sickness and certain death.

FACT: Caesium-137 was the one isotope that caused the greatest health hazard after the Chernobyl explosion.(See for yourself from the CDC website and even WIKIPEDIA) Somebody needs to tell the truth here, along with “the most untrusted name in news”
